Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: 6 June 2026
Arvy Hospitality Solutions Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking and forced labour, and we make this statement in line with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
1. Our business
We supply temporary hospitality workers, contract cleaners and outsourced housekeeping operations to hotels and venues across London and the UK.
2. Our policies
- Right-to-work verification on every worker before engagement.
- Direct payment of wages to workers' own bank accounts — never to third parties.
- Payment at or above the National Living Wage, with transparent payslips.
- No recruitment fees charged to workers at any stage.
- Whistleblowing channel for workers and staff to raise concerns confidentially.
3. Recruitment
Workers are recruited directly or through vetted partners who confirm in writing that they comply with the Modern Slavery Act. We verify identity documents in person and check for indicators of coercion, debt bondage or unusual third-party control.
4. Supply chain due diligence
We review key suppliers and sub-processors for compliance with modern slavery, human rights and labour standards. Material failures result in termination of the relationship.
5. Training
Operations and compliance staff receive regular training on identifying signs of modern slavery and the steps to take when concerns arise.
6. Reporting concerns
Anyone who suspects modern slavery in our operations or supply chain should contact booking@arvy24.co.uk or call the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700. Reports are treated confidentially.
7. Approval
This statement is approved by the directors of Arvy Hospitality Solutions Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
