What kind of hospitality staff does Arvy provide?+
Housekeepers, room attendants, kitchen porters, general cleaners, warehouse and linen assistants, food & beverage staff, front-of-house, concierge and reception cover — for hotels, venues and offices across London.
How quickly can you provide emergency staffing cover?+
Our emergency workforce team operates 24/7 and can often place trained staff within an hour for hotels inside London. Call our booking line for the fastest response.
Which areas of the UK do you cover?+
We primarily serve Greater London and the surrounding Home Counties, with regular coverage for hotel groups across the M25. Contact us to check availability for other regions.
Are your workers vetted and insured?+
Yes. All Arvy workers go through right-to-work checks, reference vetting and role-specific training. We hold employer's and public liability insurance covering staff placed on your site.
What are your minimum booking requirements?+
Standard shifts start from 4 hours per worker. Housekeeping outsourcing and long-term contracts are agreed on a bespoke basis — please contact us for a quote.
How do I book staff or request a quote?+
Use the Contact form on this site, email booking@arvy24.co.uk or call 020 3929 1773. Existing clients can also raise requests directly from the client portal.
I'm a worker — how do I apply?+
Visit the Jobs page to see current openings, or register an account and upload your CV. Our onboarding team will be in touch when a matching shift is available.
How are shifts and pay handled?+
Workers are paid weekly by BACS. Shifts, timesheets and payslips are managed through your Arvy worker account.
